Scott has 15 years of experience as a Reward consulting leader, advising a range of organisations from start-up disruptors through to global firms on reward matters, with a long-term focus on investment managers.


Scott formerly led McLagan’s (Aon) UK/EMEA Private Markets business, partnering with HR, business leaders and Boards across the real estate, private equity and infrastructure fund space.

 

Scott has led;

  • The design of salary structures
  • Short-term and long-term incentives
  • Carried interest programs across a variety of organisations, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, pure-play private markets firms and diversified investment managers.

Scott has extensive experience in utilizing internal and external data to help bring deep analytical insight into firms’ most pressing people and pay challenges.


Since 2018 Scott has provided independent reward advice to a range of clients across industries including financial services, technology and sports organisations.


Outside of reward advisory, Scott has also developed a data and analytics-led methodology for assisting firms with their D&I strategy.


This approach enables clients to access high levels of rich D&I information about their own firm in a simplified, GDPR compliant manner, which can be vital to identifying and addressing risks and weaknesses in D&I priorities.
