Cathrin is an International L&D Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in industries including Media, IT, FMCG, TIC and Biotech. Her expertise spans Training, Leadership Development, Executive & Team Coaching, Culture & Engagement and Talent Management. 

She held senior L&D roles, including Head of UK L&D at PepsiCo, Director of Management Development at Arvato, Principal Talent Development at CA Technologies, and Organisational Development Manager at King.

Cathrin has extensive experience in Leadership Development & Training.  She is also a specialist in Culture, Engagement, Wellness & Change, developing and implementing best-practice programmes in Leadership Behaviour, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Employee Engagement, and Workplace Wellness. Additionally, she has rolled out Unconscious Bias & Inclusive Leadership training and championed wellness initiatives in Menopause Support and Mental Health First Aid.

She also has extensive experience in Talent Management, designing Leadership Competency Frameworks and targeted talent programmes for high-potential employees, including initiatives for Women in Leadership.
